Tracey runs the office.  She is dedicated and determined to provide a working atmosphere where questions are encouraged.
Many of our customers are first time home builders.  They come to us feeling overwhelmed not sure of what questions they should be asking.  Our job is to provide them with the information they need to fill in those gaps of uncertainty eliminating the worry of unpleasant surprises.  We want each of our clients to understand the process.  We want to make sure we are all on the same page from the very beginning!”

OUR PHILOSOPHY
By building in controlled environments, Affinity Building Systems can build in a much more efficient manner, while not at the mercy of weather and other delays. Our manufacturing facility is housed over 2 ½ acres and is contained on our private 13-acre complex. We pride ourselves in treating our workers and builders with care and respect; which we believe, in return, promotes quality-building practices.

All ABS homes are built to exceed EnergyStar® requirements by big margins. As an example, ABS uses spray foam insulation to seal the wall envelope of the house, a major component of Green building. These sophisticated compounds are not easily applied properly in an outside, uncontrolled environment; therefore, the proper building environment is essential in this process.

Using high-tech adhesives, compounds, insulation materials and machinery is a logical way to build a house. Material is used more efficiently and quality is easier to control.
