Meet Your Builder

Nathan and Tracey are a husband and wife team.  They reside in Summerland Key with their 3 boys.
Tracey runs the office.  She is dedicated and determined to provide a working atmosphere where questions are encouraged.
Many of our customers are first time home builders.  They come to us feeling overwhelmed not sure of what questions they should be asking.  Our job is to provide them with the information they need to fill in those gaps of uncertainty eliminating the worry of unpleasant surprises.  We want each of our clients to understand the process.  We want to make sure we are all on the same page from the very beginning!”

Nathan is a licensed contractor.  He has worked in the construction industry since the late 90’s and enjoys every aspect of the building process.  Nathan’s “hand on” approach combined with his determination to be the Best will reflect his diligence in providing you with a Superior home.  Nathan’s personality is an asset to every project.  He listens to his client’s needs and concerns, never promising more than he can deliver.
